PROBLEM

The most loyal fans are not viewing Big Bang in traditional ways and do not engage with other fans socially online.

SOLUTION

To create an app that increases social engagement and word of mouth promotion by rewarding the most loyal fans with exclusive content.


USER PERSONA


CONCEPT MAPPING

Through concept mapping I was able to determine at specifically what points the business goals and the user goals aligned.

RESEARCH

Performing a comparative and competitive analysis report helped illuminate opportunities for success with the new Big Bang app.  By determining what similar apps were and were not able to provide users, I was able to clearly define what would make this app unique from very early in the project. 


USER FLOW

When analyzing the first iteration of the user flow, it was determined that it was impersonal and allowed the user too many opportunities to disengage and leave.

The second iteration creates a more streamlined experienced, initiated through a personal notification to the user.  They are in the app for a specific reason at this point and therefor more likely to accomplish their (and our) goals.
